1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the zzd22 platform — whether through a web browser on your phone, tablet or computer — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all activities carried out on zzd22, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, gameplay across all categories (slots, live casino, fish games), and sports betting on cricket, PSL, football and esports markets.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on zzd22. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, zzd22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and withhold balances pending review.

When registering your account you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. zzd22 is not liable for any problems that arise from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.

Your login credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally carried out that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact zzd22 support immediately.

zzd22 is not responsible for losses that result from you sharing your account credentials with a third party, whether intentionally or through negligence.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

zzd22 operates a PKR-native wallet. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your zzd22 account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown in the Cashier section of your account.

All funds deposited to zzd22 must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted. If zzd22 determines that a deposit originated from an account not belonging to the registered zzd22 account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. zzd22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing deposits that exceed certain thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. zzd22 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time via the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. zzd22 supports withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Pakistani bank accounts.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

zzd22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. These promotion-specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates — take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this document.

Key principles that apply to all zzd22 bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on zzd22 — including slots, live casino, fish games and table games — are provided by third-party game suppliers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently tested and certified. This means that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by zzd22, the game provider or any player.

RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in the game information panel for each slot title. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return across millions of spins and do not predict the outcome of any individual session. 8 Sports Betting

The zzd22 sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and other international cricket — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. Betting markets, odds and available event coverage are subject to change based on the sporting calendar and provider availability.

All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official data source used by zzd22. In cases of dispute about a result, the decision of zzd22 or its data provider is final.

• Bets can only be placed before the market closes. In-play betting (if offered) has its own specific cutoff rules displayed at the time of the bet.
• zzd22 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the event concerned.
• Maximum bet amounts per market and per event apply and are shown at the time of placing your bet.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR wallet in PKR once the relevant market has been settled.
• Abandoned or postponed events are settled according to the standard rules for that sport, which are available in the Sports Betting rules section on the platform.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zzd22 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to zzd22 support immediately.
• Using funds that are derived from illegal activity to deposit on the platform. zzd22 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and monitors transactions for suspicious activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Where continued operation of the account would expose zzd22 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, zzd22 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary or for non-breach reasons, any verified available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

zzd22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zzd22 shall not be liable for:
